Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for assigned clients.
  • Advise clients on people development strategies aligned with their business objectives.
  • Onboard new customers through product demos and training sessions.
  • Monitor customer engagement and analyze usage data to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business strategy reviews with clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client impact and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support expansion opportunities and retention efforts.
  • Share client insights cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to inform growth and product development.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, Talent, or Customer Success roles supporting enterprise clients.
  • Experience working closely with People, Culture (HR), and Learning & Development stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with business terminology.
  • Experience as a freelancer or in a start-up environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Ability to use technology platforms to drive automation and scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot growth and development opportunities within accounts.
  • Strong track record of setting, meeting, and exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
  • Great judgment and an entrepreneurial, autonomous mindset.
  • Comfort working with limited structure and processes.
  • Bias for action, curiosity, and willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Open, trustworthy, committed, and collaborative team-player attitude.
