Description

  • Build and own Salvo Health’s health system go-to-market motion from the ground up.
  • Define the target account list, entry strategy, and partnership frameworks for health systems.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key health system decision-makers and economic buyers.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder contracting processes and translate Salvo’s value proposition into health system language.
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to structure partnerships for long-term success.
  • Develop and refine materials, case studies, and ROI models for health system audiences.
  • Grow and close new GI MSO partnerships, including within the existing pipeline.
  • Map the buyer landscape in PE-backed MSO structures and align incentives across stakeholders.
  • Manage a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting, stage hygiene, and deal velocity.
  • Represent Salvo at GI industry events and networks to build brand awareness and source deals.
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, and product teams on positioning, materials, and RFP responses.
  • Provide market intelligence to executive leadership on trends, competition, and partnership models.
  • Help define the BD team structure and contribute to hiring and onboarding future BD talent.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales in healthcare.
  • Meaningful experience working inside or selling into health systems.
  • Deep familiarity with how health systems make decisions, including budget cycles, clinical operations, and value-based care priorities.
  • Track record of owning and closing deals, with quota-carrying or equivalent accountability.
  • Ability to speak to pipeline metrics and manage a measurable sales process.
  • Experience with GI, specialty care, ambulatory, or adjacent service lines strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of health system and PE-backed MSO structures and decision-making.
  • Active network in the Midwest, East, or Southeast.
  • Ability to work with startup speed and close deals without hand-holding.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences.
  • Builder’s mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Expected compensation of approximately $200,000 plus equity.
  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year.
