Description

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and proactive partner to customers across their adoption and optimization journey.
  • Define outcome-driven operational plans aligned to customer security and business objectives.
  • Develop mutual action plans that accelerate time-to-value and product maturity.
  • Identify high-impact use cases, guide them into production, and continuously optimize platform coverage and effectiveness.
  • Proactively brief customers on new capabilities and lead enablement sessions tailored to technical maturity.
  • Deliver best-practice recommendations based on customer architecture, product usage, and roadmap alignment.
  • Create standardized success reporting and contribute reporting requirements and board-level content.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Guide customers’ compliance and application security teams toward an API security standards program.
  • Manage relationships across technical users, operators, and executive stakeholders while owning a high-value book of business.
  • Provide feedback to Product and R&D through issue tracking, feature escalation, and prioritization.
  • Contribute to team and process improvement in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • Portuguese speaking is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in solution delivery, customer management/consulting, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Experience in project management and managing enterprise-level customer relationships, including senior stakeholders.
  • Technical background or experience in network security, API ecosystem, AppSec, WAF, RASP, or similar security products.
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol details and tools such as Postman.
  • Proven track record working on teams that improve retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, project management, or a related field.
