Description

  • Build, hire, and mentor an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-velocity execution.
  • Own the West territory P&L and territory planning.
  • Maintain a rigorous forecast and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to close large-scale deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner deeply with channel partners, VARs, and Systems Integrators to expand market presence.
  • Use data-driven insights to manage the sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Oversee the full enterprise sales motion from top-of-funnel generation through contract negotiation.

Requirements

  • Years of experience winning enterprise deals with 6–9 month sales cycles.
  • At least 1 year of first-line sales management experience.
  • Strong command of Force Management methodologies, including Command of the Message.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDICC and enterprise sales rigor.
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate technical value to CISOs and business value to CFOs.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, not just manage individual performance.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes.

  • Estimated base salary of $175,000–$200,000 per year.
