Description

  • Lead sales efforts within a designated territory.
  • Incubate and grow sales for a new cybersecurity platform.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite buyers and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets with strong forecast accuracy.
  • Own overall revenue targets for the territory.
  • Leverage partnerships with channel partners and system integrators.
  • Oversee the proposal and contract negotiation process.
  • Apply concept selling to position the platform’s value.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and hunting through account growth.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience selling complex SaaS products to C-level executives, including CISOs, CIOs, and CROs at top enterprises.
  • 4-6 years of experience selling in the IT industry.
  • Experience hunting new business and growing existing accounts in a land-and-expand model.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDDIC selling approaches.
  • Strong prospecting, hunting, opportunity management, and account management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with CIOs, CISOs, and CROs at top enterprises.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to manage complexity.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and constant change in an early-stage startup.
  • Perseverance in building value for a new category and competing against the 'cost of doing nothing.'
