Description

  • Develop, evaluate, and optimize the local sales strategy independently.
  • Identify potential customers for office, meeting, and event products and build segment-specific databases.
  • Represent Ruby Workspaces as a brand ambassador at relevant events and industry meetups.
  • Plan and manage sales campaigns with the marketing team, including pre-opening outreach for new workspaces.
  • Lead the sales team functionally and delegate tasks in a targeted way.
  • Support employee development, retention, and a motivating, appreciative team environment.
  • Support the preparation and execution of community events.
  • Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships with potential partners.
  • Develop and manage existing corporate clients independently.
  • Own regular reporting, including monthly reports, and help build a standardized reporting tool.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • A degree in business administration or a comparable field.
  • International experience.
  • Strong interpersonal presence and a confident, team-oriented approach.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams, including remote teams.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in active prospecting and face-to-face sales.
  • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
