Description

  • Execute end-to-end go-to-market programs across the SaaS and AI product portfolio, including launches, field enablement, and pipeline programs.
  • Drive messaging that shifts the narrative from traditional backup to cyber resilience and business continuity.
  • Develop specialized messaging for emerging AI buyer personas to support adoption of the Agent Operations platform.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as messaging guides, battle cards, competitive positioning, objection handling frameworks, and sales plays.
  • Create clear, compelling content for multiple buyer personas, including IT directors, security leaders, and CISOs.
  • Partner with demand generation, digital, customer marketing, and alliances on integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Support competitive intelligence by monitoring the market and synthesizing insights into actionable positioning.
  • Track and report on product marketing metrics such as pipeline contribution, content adoption, and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with regional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent execution and local relevance.
  • Gather field feedback and customer insights, then surface recommendations to product marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise product marketing experience at high-growth technology companies targeting IT, security, or cloud infrastructure organizations.
  • Direct experience marketing one of the following: Security, Google Cloud AI, AI Studio, Workspace, Salesforce Agentforce, M365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of executing go-to-market motions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience building field enablement programs with demonstrated impact on deal velocity and win rates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, alliances, and demand generation in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, measure impact, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift and speed matters.
  • Domain experience in enterprise SaaS protection, M365, data security, AI governance, or adjacent categories is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI, is highly desirable.
  • Direct customer-facing experience with enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts is preferred.
  • Experience working with alliances and channel partners to support joint go-to-market motions is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth post-IPO environment is preferred.
  • Coaching and cross-functional collaboration experience with a track record of driving alignment across teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $185,700 to $278,500.
