Description

  • Manage and drive growth with select Global Systems Integrators.
  • Lead business development, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations with partners.
  • Serve as the main conduit for new logo acquisition and pipeline generation across Rubrik field and GSI partners.
  • Set up meetings with key business executives from day one.
  • Help partners adopt Rubrik product solutions and increase bookings.
  • Represent and present Rubrik and partner value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GSI partners and the sales team.
  • Identify top GSI customers and coordinate opportunity registration with the Rubrik sales organization.
  • Validate GSI sales processes and paths to contract closure to support accurate forecasting.
  • Build a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs, including NetApp, Microsoft, and AWS.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of partnering with a major Global Systems Integrator.
  • Ability to engage key business executives from day one.
  • Experience in business development, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and negotiations with GSI partners.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and ability to drive mutually valuable partnerships.
  • Experience identifying GSI top customers and coordinating with sales teams for opportunity registration.
  • Ability to validate sales processes and forecast contract closure accurately.
  • Experience building partnerships within an ecosystem of OEMs and ISVs, including NetApp, Microsoft, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of public cloud, storage, and backup technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and knowledge of industry sales processes.
  • Must be located in the USA.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $183,000 to $198,000 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle locations.
  • Base salary range of $166,000 to $192,000 USD for all other U.S. offices/remote locations.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for benefits.
  • Remote-friendly role (#LI-Remote).
