Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue within the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff to support consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in a field-based territory and travel throughout the defined region.
  • Focus on closing business with urgency and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or sustained quota attainment over multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Experience in a startup environment and the ability to work independently.
  • Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949 per year, depending on level and experience.
