Description

  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a high-volume sales pipeline and move transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close new growth opportunities with mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Co-sell and strategize with channel and alliance partners to create scale and velocity in the mid-market segment.
  • Present Rubrik’s value to security and IT stakeholders in partnership with the sales engineering team.
  • Provide management with feedback on local market opportunities and new business or channel partnership prospects.
  • Own outbound prospecting activities for midsize customer accounts.
  • Manage and develop inbound marketing leads to build pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of technology sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to small and midsize customers.
  • Consistent overachievement against goals or quota.
  • Curiosity, grit, a goal-oriented mindset, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to actively listen, adapt, and keep conversations moving with value.
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.
  • Strong storytelling skills to frame customer pain and business value.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions (preferred).
  • Experience working with channel partners (preferred).
  • Research skills and business intuition for prospecting (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $79,440 to $126,840 USD.
