Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
  • Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres where relevant.
  • Run a multi-channel sales process across phone, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
  • Develop deep product and market expertise within the IP services and software space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Marketing to support go-to-market efforts and share customer insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Life Sciences background, either through industry experience or education.
  • Experience selling into Life Sciences organizations.
  • Strong cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline-building ability.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Clear communication, persuasive presentation skills, and the presence to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work remote from the East Coast and align with EST hours.
  • Bonus experience in Innovation/IP solutions.
  • Bonus language skills in an additional language.

  • On-target earnings of $196,000–$210,000 USD.
  • Annual base salary of $98,000–$105,000 USD, depending on experience.
