Description

  • Own strategic alliance planning, partner growth initiatives, and pipeline generation for key global partners.
  • Lead efforts to increase partner-initiated deals by positioning Rubrik’s offerings with alliance ecosystems.
  • Coordinate account mapping and partner qualification meetings that progress target accounts into POCs and closed deals.
  • Deliver enablement and training to partner sales engineers and sales teams.
  • Host major partner events and present Rubrik’s vision to large audiences of partners and end customers.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Field Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to deepen partner integration.
  • Drive joint go-to-market execution, including co-marketing activities and interlocks across enterprise accounts.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and data-driven sales activities across alliance programs.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets.
  • Proven ability to sell competitive Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Documented track record of driving pipeline generation at scale across global partner ecosystems.
  • Experience executing complex alliance programs with partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in coordination with account teams.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and confidence speaking to executives and large audiences.
  • Strong existing reputation and network within the alliance and channel partner landscape.
  • Preferred experience executing joint GTM strategies with Tier-1 vendors such as Pure Storage or Cisco.
  • Preferred experience in quarterly and yearly sales planning, co-marketing, and joint interlocks across enterprise target accounts.
  • Preferred proficiency in forecasting, reporting complex metrics, and managing data-driven sales activities.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $186,900 to $234,000 USD depending on location and other factors.
  • Eligibility to earn commissions under the company’s written Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligibility for equity.
  • Benefits included with the role.
