Description

  • Own and execute high-level partner planning and alliance strategy to drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation.
  • Lead initiatives to increase partner-initiated deals by positioning Rubrik technologies as strategic solutions for global partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Field Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to deepen partner integrations and enable joint opportunities.
  • Arrange and run account mappings, qualification meetings, and POCs that convert target accounts into closed deals.
  • Design and deliver enablement and training sessions for partner SEs and sales teams to build a self-sufficient partner selling motion.
  • Present Rubrik’s vision and solutions at major partner and customer events and command large-audience presentations.
  • Drive execution of complex global alliance programs and manage joint GTM activities with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Influence product and GTM roadmap through partner feedback and strategic partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Deep domain knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets with proven experience selling backup and recovery solutions.
  • Documented track record of driving pipeline generation at scale and executing complex alliance programs across global partner ecosystems.
  • Sales hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in coordination with account teams.
  • Proven executive-level presentation and influence skills with the ability to command a room of partners and customers.
  • Established network and strong reputation within alliance and channel partner landscapes.
  • Experience executing joint GTM strategies and quarterly/yearly sales planning, including co-marketing and joint interlocks across enterprise accounts (preferred).
  • Operational proficiency in forecasting, reporting complex metrics, and managing data-driven sales activities (preferred).
  • Experience working with or alongside Tier-1 vendors such as Pure Storage or Cisco (preferred).

Benefits

  • US base salary range: $186,900–$234,000 (location- and experience-dependent).
  • Role eligible for commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Equity grant eligibility as part of total compensation.
