Description

  • Build and manage relationships with key federal partners.
  • Grow the federal channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement.
  • Drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation activities.
  • Increase revenue and the number of partner-initiated deals.
  • Manage existing federal channel partners and support their growth across market and vertical coverage.
  • Arrange account mappings and meetings to qualify target accounts, opportunities, and POCs.
  • Deliver enablement sessions to train partner field sales and sales engineering teams.
  • Build strong relationships with partner decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Rubrik field sales, systems engineering, marketing, alliances, and sales operations teams.
  • Identify, initiate, and help close deals with partners in coordination with Rubrik federal account teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with regional federal partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the data management, data protection, or storage market.
  • Ability to present to large audiences and host partner and customer events.
  • Ability to identify and initiate deals with partners and work them through close.
  • Effective at quarterly and yearly sales planning.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Experience executing channel programs and supporting partner sales activities.
  • Experience leading sales and product trainings.
  • Strong presenter at reseller and end-customer events.
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions and competitive offerings, preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors such as Pure Storage, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler, preferred.
  • Ability to report on numbers and activities and perform forecasting.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and hard-working professional.
  • Experience supporting partners in identifying opportunities and closing projects, preferred.
