Description

  • Lead the development and optimization of North American field marketing plans to drive pipeline and revenue velocity across regions, segments, industries, and personas.
  • Direct, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed, multi-layered team of Field Marketing Managers.
  • Design clear career growth journeys and support the progression of team members into future leaders.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard field marketing talent as the theater expands.
  • Partner closely with Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Partnership leaders to shape go-to-market strategy and support business planning.
  • Present strategic updates and recommendations in leadership meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Set, communicate, and track measurable performance goals across campaign response, lead flow, and qualified pipeline generation.
  • Work with Inside Sales to improve conversion metrics and funnel performance.
  • Drive partner adoption and create joint co-marketing plans that generate new opportunities through the channel ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams such as Digital, Events, and Campaigns to amplify marketing execution and provide field feedback.
  • Manage the North America theater budget and analyze marketing ROI using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ensure compliance requirements and mandatory training are completed on time.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Field and Channel Marketing leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience leading, managing, and motivating remote, geographically dispersed teams with multi-layered management structures.
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition, expansion, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret funnel and conversion metrics, including MQL-to-Opportunity ratios and lead follow-up SLA compliance.
  • Experience creating events, content, and experiences that resonate with IT and security buyers, directly and through the channel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive peers, partners, and customers.
  • An optimistic, self-starting attitude and comfort working in fast-paced team environments.
  • Technical familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Automation Systems (MAS), and Coupa.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel across the theater to support the team and business.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $213,700 to $299,400 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle.
  • Base salary range of $192,300 to $269,500 USD for all other U.S. offices/remote locations.
  • Eligible for bonus potential.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for benefits.
