Description

  • Recruit, hire, enable, and manage a high-performing team of sellers.
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets across the assigned region.
  • Coach sellers on productivity metrics, milestones, and performance expectations.
  • Build and execute a disciplined pipeline-generation strategy using field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development resources.
  • Develop regional account strategy and support collaborative team selling.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept programs.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to improve retention, renewals, upsell expansion, and referrals.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership using disciplined deal inspection and forecasting methods.
  • Develop strategic relationships with existing channel partners and identify new channel partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo growth.
  • Direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline.
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $30K+ and higher-value transactions above $100K+.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative, value-based sales methodology experience such as Force Management or Challenger Sale is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $163,200 to $192,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
