Description

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closing and account management.
  • Grow, develop, and manage a seven-figure book of business.
  • Research target markets and identify leads from multiple sources.
  • Qualify prospects against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Execute tailored outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Make approximately 60 personalized emails and 30 cold calls per day.
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers by consulting on their business challenges and presenting the value of the service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, including drafting and delivering proposals.
  • Manage onsite account relationships and rebooking for future business.
  • Work with Sales Managers to manage the pipeline and report key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly to events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B events.
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events.
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and professional development.
  • Self-starter with strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to be proactive and work under pressure.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.

  • $55,000-$75,000 base salary.
