Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships within the oncology care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff to support consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in the field while reporting to the Regional Manager - Oncology.
  • Travel within the defined territory to support accounts and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or multiple quarters/years at or above goal.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to work independently with self-motivation and urgency.
  • Preferred background for consideration: Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949 per year, depending on level and experience.
