Description

  • Own the full revenue cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing and customer handoff.
  • Prospect, outbound, and build pipeline in partnership with marketing.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and move opportunities forward with a structured process.
  • Run consultative sales cycles tailored to SMB and mid-market buyers.
  • Lead product demos and technical conversations, bringing in team members as needed.
  • Close deals and hand off customers to the onboarding and customer success team.
  • Maintain accurate and rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, support, and development.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Help shape and scale the company’s dedicated sales motion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record closing SMB and mid-market deals.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity about software and how it works.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency and commitment to CRM hygiene.
  • Experience qualifying prospects through discovery calls.
  • Ability to hold both strategic and technical conversations.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience building pipeline independently.
  • Comfort with travel to conferences and industry events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling to government contractors (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with compliance or security requirements (nice to have).
  • Prior sales team management or mentorship experience (nice to have).
  • Background in secure data exchange or Managed File Transfer (MFT) (nice to have).
