Description

  • Lead the AI Engineering Lab as a technical pillar and hands-on technical leader.
  • Implement high-standard code and sophisticated system designs.
  • Mentor mid-level team members and lead deep-dive code reviews.
  • Design and deploy distributed systems and multi-agent architectures for complex engineering tasks.
  • Own architectural decisions for build-vs-integrate and build-vs-buy strategies.
  • Evaluate and prototype LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
  • Turn AI prototypes into production-ready internal tools.
  • Own the full development lifecycle from concept and API integration through production deployment and scalability.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to align lab initiatives with company roadmap and ROI goals.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Python is mandatory.
  • Significant experience with at least one additional language such as Java, Go, TypeScript, or Scala is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
  • Proven ability to evaluate third-party tools and vendor solutions against custom-built software.
  • Ability to define technical roadmaps and make high-level design choices that prioritize maintainability and performance.
  • C1-level English and Polish.
  • Direct experience building internal developer tools, custom MCPs, or using Agentic AI frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, AutoGen, or Agent Development Kit is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the ad-tech industry and real-time bidding (RTB) systems is a plus.
