Description

  • Design and lead implementation of system changes that improve performance, scalability, and observability for ad display and tracking.
  • Develop tools and optimizations that measurably improve critical user performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain high-quality frontend and full-stack solutions for global ad display.
  • Develop monitoring systems, including RUM and Synthetic monitoring, to track reliability and viewability metrics.
  • Analyze monitoring data to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Ads Layouts specialists and backend engineers to align architecture and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Write, test, and deploy robust, efficient, and well-documented code across JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Java.
  • Provide technical leadership through project planning, scoping, solving complex system issues, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including understanding of frontend development and internal mechanisms.
  • Practical experience with web performance optimization techniques and advanced loading strategies such as caching and asset delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React.
  • Experience with relevant build tooling such as Webpack or Vite.
  • Very good knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies including DNS, HTTP, and cookies.
  • Practical ability to observe, monitor, and analyze production systems and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Good understanding of full-stack concepts, including backend APIs in Node.js, Python, or Java, and deployment/CI/CD pipelines.
  • C1 level of English and Polish.
  • Experience in AdTech or Real Time Bidding is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to Real User Monitoring (RUM) systems is preferred.
