Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently, with a focus on large accounts.
  • Support campaigns throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and deliver persuasive QBR presentations for large clients.
  • Ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Negotiate business terms and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet client and company goals.
  • Produce internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in campaign management.
  • Drive company-wide or local account management projects.
  • Build expertise in key areas and act as a go-to person for those topics.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, including managing large clients.
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or retargeting.
  • Persuasive communication skills, with experience in negotiations and presentations.
  • Some experience in developing others is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.
  • Very good command of Excel.
  • A strong track record with success cases in previous roles.
  • Strong self-motivation and clear motivation for the role.
  • Advanced English.
