Description

  • Lead sales activities in the Polish market for the self-service advertising platform.
  • Drive new business within the small and mid-market e-commerce segment.
  • Identify target organizations and key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Research prospects and prepare outreach based on account structure and potential.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, social channels, and LinkedIn.
  • Use research, automation, and CRM tools to track and manage outreach.
  • Book meetings with decision-makers and build a sales pipeline from assigned deals.
  • Lead sales conversations, qualify opportunities, and close deals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and closing deals.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and speaking to mid- and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and account mapping.
  • Understanding of the full sales process from outreach to meetings to conversion.
  • Comfort working with outbound and productivity tools.
  • Sales experience in digital marketing, ideally performance marketing, is a strong advantage.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong English and Polish language skills.
  • Experience with self-service advertising or e-commerce sales is relevant to the role.
