Description

  • Own a revenue pipeline with 30–40+ active opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Turn long-cycle enterprise evaluations into faster transactions by identifying compelling business drivers.
  • Partner with an SDR to map Tier 1 accounts and execute a targeted prospecting strategy.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement hurdles to keep deals moving efficiently.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders across industries and company sizes.
  • Use AI and modern sales tools to streamline research, personalization, and execution.
  • Help influence the direction and processes of the Sales Team and the broader organization as the company grows.
  • Drive adoption of Sonar’s products by communicating product value and expanding the customer base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions to large or global companies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps in enterprise sales.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Ability to close both smaller deals around $50k and larger opportunities of $150k, $250k, or $500k.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and conversion ratios.
  • A high-activity, disciplined sales operating style.
  • A resilient closer mindset with the confidence to disqualify slow-moving leads.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales technology in daily work.
  • Must not require US visa sponsorship, as visa candidates are not currently supported in the US.
  • Background check and reference verification required before start date.
