Description

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities into RTB House clients.
  • Manage relationships with senior decision-makers at major gaming studios, developers, and agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Deliver strong customer relationship management and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular progress, budget, and goal updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent RTB House at relevant industry events to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams including account management, creative, legal, and tech.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex client problems and expand gaming subject matter expertise.
  • Advise clients on advertising strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, especially in gaming and in-app environments.
  • Negotiate sustainable campaign conditions aligned with client needs and product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive successful B2B sales experience, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising.
  • Experience in in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the RTB retargeting process from a managed DSP perspective.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders and marketing budget owners.
  • Strong business network within top gaming studios and publisher partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and a quality-first, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong results orientation, consultative approach, and persistence.
  • Native or fluent English is required; additional relevant languages are a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience founding or running a business/startup is an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and AI technology applications.
