Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects and campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep projects on track and deadlines met.
  • Monitor project status, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple active marketing initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize workflows within Monday.com.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and team efficiency.
  • Build scalable processes and standardize procedures to support growth.
  • Document workflows, process updates, and operational best practices.
  • Review tracking documents and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create stakeholder-ready reporting presentations in Google Slides.
  • Build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as Zapier.
  • Support integrations between marketing and operational systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management, operations, marketing operations, or related experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Experience building workflows and process documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Marketing operations or marketing technology experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing or performance marketing teams is preferred.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
