Description

  • Own Route's external channel strategy across owned, paid search, social, content, marketplace listings, and other channels.
  • Create content across blog posts, product release notes, newsroom updates, ad copy, landing pages, and marketplace listing copy.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and grow Route's organic social presence, starting with LinkedIn and testing new platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Route's presence on third-party review and marketplace platforms such as the Shopify App Store and G2.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on campaigns for product launches, customer wins, and company news.
  • Run A/B tests across channels, landing pages, creative, and messaging to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance.
  • Stay current on growth marketing trends, tools, tactics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or B2C ecommerce.
  • Hands-on content creation experience, including writing blog posts, ad copy, landing pages, or similar assets.
  • Experience running paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to operate across the full funnel, from brand-building thought leadership to high-converting ads.
  • Strong analytical reporting, attribution, and recommendation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing and revenue tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Bizible, or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to build and scale a marketing function with limited structure.
  • Excellent written communication skills for content-heavy work.
