Description

  • Lead cross-functional projects that are a top priority for leadership and work closely with the CEO.
  • Drive complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get organized in all 50 states.
  • Own relationships with leaders at multi-state healthcare companies and guide them through onboarding.
  • Build processes, structures, systems, and automations to improve efficiency and support scale.
  • Serve as the face of the company to external stakeholders, including clients, State Medical Boards, Insurance Payers, Candidates, and Physicians.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a seamless start to their journey.
  • Manage client communications, including meetings, inquiries, and calls with professionalism and care.
  • Build strong client relationships by fostering trust and delivering proactive, solutions-focused support.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • High output and strong operational excellence in day-to-day work.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of getting details right.
  • Energy, drive, and a desire for self-improvement in a high-performing team environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and high autonomy.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and improve operational structure.
  • Interest in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish.
  • Experience in operations, customer success, sales, business operations, or related roles.
  • Preference for working US hours, such as U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Commitment to a single, full-time role with full-time focus.
