Description

  • Design and build new AI agents end to end, including defining behavior, writing prompts, and setting up tool or function calls.
  • Iterate on prompts based on real customer conversations, edge cases, quality, latency, and accuracy metrics.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into agent behavior.
  • Run experiments across models, prompt structures, and agent architectures to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Engineering team to feed customer needs into platform improvements.
  • Develop deep expertise in the agent stack, including LLMs, tools, and evaluations.
  • Document agent design patterns, prompt templates, and evaluation playbooks for internal and customer use.
  • Advise customers on what is possible with the platform and underlying models.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI agents, including building, tuning, and shipping LLM-powered features.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to read code, work with APIs, and run evaluations.
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM behavior, failure modes, and prompt or tool design for reliability.
  • Customer-facing experience or a strong willingness to engage directly with customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including clear writing and confident speaking on video calls with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment with a focus on speed and customer impact.
  • Comfort working remotely with customers across multiple global time zones.
