Description

  • Build and own a regional pipeline through direct selling to tenant and landlord end users.
  • Generate introductions through brokers, designers, and commercial real estate influencers.
  • Run daily outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
  • Plan and execute field activities such as breakfasts, events, showroom tours, and portfolio walk-throughs.
  • Convert high-intent inbound opportunities into closed deals with urgency.
  • Prospect into landlord portfolios and expand accounts using existing wins as proof points.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close and handoff.
  • Prepare proposals, quote packages, timelines, and tailored value narratives.
  • Manage pricing and commercial discussions with confidence and discipline.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure installs, logistics, and on-site execution run smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including sourcing and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
  • Experience in office furniture, proptech, or a related space.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate stakeholders such as brokers, landlords, and designers.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding quota through discovery, consultative selling, and multi-stakeholder deal management.
  • Strong outbound instincts with a targeted, relationship-driven, and persistent approach.
  • Comfort owning a region, moving fast, and representing the company in the Austin market.
  • Highly organized and commercially sharp, with disciplined CRM usage and cross-functional coordination.
  • Low-ego, collaborative, team-first mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from zero.
  • Bonus: direct experience in commercial real estate sales, existing Austin broker/landlord/A&D relationships, experience selling commercial furniture or workplace strategy, or passion for design, wellness, real estate, and the built environment.
