Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job requisition through successful placement.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical ability, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, experience levels, and team fit.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Act as the main point of contact between candidates and clients to ensure clear communication and a positive experience.
  • Support the offer negotiation process to reach outcomes that work for both candidates and clients.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future technical hiring needs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present recruitment performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment within a technology-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for each.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing tech talent in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to evaluate technical candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with roles across software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience staying current on emerging technologies and industry developments.
