Description

  • Engage prospective and existing customers using a consultative sales approach to identify insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products and assist customers with transitions between Roamly and third-party carriers when appropriate.
  • Explain coverage options, policy terms, and insurance processes clearly and in customer-friendly language.
  • Drive lead conversion through high-volume outbound outreach and prompt handling of inbound inquiries.
  • Manage the full sales process, including quoting products, gathering underwriting information, and guiding customers through policy purchase and binding.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow-up documentation in Close.AI.
  • Stay current on insurance products, systems, and carrier platforms to provide informed service and support.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing workload and maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience is preferred, ideally with a brokerage that handles multiple carriers.
  • Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required; licensing and renewals will be supported.
  • Strong customer service orientation with patience, empathy, professionalism, and adaptability across different customer situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to perform well under stress.
  • Good data entry skills and the ability to navigate websites with ease.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with self-awareness and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.

  • Base salary of $40,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $110,000 - $150,000.
