Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle from outbound prospecting through discovery, negotiation, and close.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.
  • Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres where relevant.
  • Run a multi-channel sales process using phone, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
  • Attend and represent PatSnap at conferences, including occasional speaking engagements.
  • Develop strong product and market expertise within the IP services and software space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Marketing to support go-to-market activity and share customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in tech sales in a fast-paced company.
  • Strong high-volume outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and pipeline building.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Clear communication and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to generate and progress new business opportunities.
  • Bonus: experience in Innovation/IP solutions.
  • Bonus: ability to speak an additional language.
  • AI adopter who uses AI to improve preparation and output quality.
  • Must be located in San Antonio, Texas, and able to collaborate with colleagues there from time to time.
