Description

  • Increase revenue opportunities for new and expansion accounts in partnership with sales and client success teams.
  • Support the solutions discovery process for retailer and brand solutions, including technical, functional, and value-proposition discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs of concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations in person and via Zoom.
  • Evaluate prospective and current clients’ business goals and data and systems integration requirements, then recommend effective strategies.
  • Communicate market feedback to product management and services teams for future product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth handoff to service teams and document goals and requirements from the sales cycle.
  • Participate in self-paced learning to deepen knowledge of Rithum products.
  • Stay informed about changes in the industry environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pre-sales experience in an e-commerce environment supporting high-volume, transactional applications.
  • Proven success in driving client adoption of technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in discovery, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Experience in a technical environment, specifically working with data transformation and exchange.
  • Proficiency in adapting to new software tools and environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Understanding of marketplaces and webstores such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, and Shopify preferred.
  • Retail media and digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Understanding of online marketing and advertising concepts preferred.
  • Technical working knowledge of API integrations, including REST and SOAP, preferred.
  • Experience working with large retail clients and/or brand manufacturers preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
