Description

  • Embed with client engineering teams or internal Netguru teams to understand and own the problem.
  • Run discovery with stakeholders from CTOs to end users and translate needs into a defensible technical scope.
  • Lead pre-sales for AI opportunities, including scoping, pricing, proposing, and closing work.
  • Build prototypes in days rather than weeks and deliver working software rather than slide decks.
  • Write production-grade Python or TypeScript and ship AI-enabled workflows such as copilots, agents, RAG systems, and automation.
  • Integrate solutions with clients' existing systems and tool stacks.
  • Set up evaluations, observability, and guardrails before launch.
  • Own the path to production, including security review, procurement, and change management.
  • Extend Netguru's internal AI platform with new agents, MCPs, and skills based on field learnings.
  • Create enablement tooling, templates, runbooks, and reusable assets for internal AI delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years hands-on building and shipping AI-assisted systems.
  • 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering role.
  • Proven full-cycle ownership from discovery and scoping through build, production, and handoff.
  • Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders in the same engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English at B2+ level.
  • Production-grade experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Fluency with the LLM stack, including Claude, GPT, and open-weight models, and knowing when to use each.
  • Experience designing AI systems such as agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, MCP servers, and sub-agents.
  • Experience with eval-driven development, including defining success metrics before shipping and measuring after.
  • Integration experience with REST APIs, iPaaS, and common SaaS tools such as CRM, PM, and BI platforms.
  • Experience with cloud deployment, security reviews, and change management.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous client pain into written technical scope and defend it.
  • Experience writing proposals and scoping AI engagements.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills without needing hand-holding.
  • Builder mindset with a preference for running systems over recommendation decks.
  • Stack-agnostic approach that chooses the right tool for the job.
  • Preferred domain experience in Finance, Retail, or Supply Chain.
  • Preferred public presence such as conference talks, open-source contributions, or published writing on AI SDLC orchestration and multi-agent pipelines.
