Description

  • Support the Senior Product Manager across strategic operations workstreams.
  • Translate business priorities into technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Lead scoping calls and produce clear written outputs.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities.
  • Drive execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration.
  • Own roadmap development projects through requirements, delivery, release readiness, documentation, and enablement.
  • Establish and maintain an intake and triage process for enhancement requests and operational work.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized view of platform risks and recurring operational gaps.
  • Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
  • Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value.
  • Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support client and internal discussions to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and drive adoption.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
  • Experience working on data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements and drive work to completion across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation, including REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with the Rithum for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform preferred.
  • Intrapreneurial or founder mindset preferred.
  • Experience with AI tooling for documentation, requirements gathering, or building solutions preferred.
  • Integration-heavy environment exposure, including APIs and webhooks, preferred.
  • Experience using JIRA, Notion, backlog tools, documentation tooling, and basic data analysis preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Expected base pay range of $75,000 to $130,000 per year.
  • Expected discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
