Description

  • Define and execute the vision for marketing data products aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data products from discovery to delivery.
  • Develop marketing performance reporting, BI dashboards, and new data source integrations.
  • Gather, distill, and translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized product solutions.
  • Maintain and refine the product roadmap and backlog based on business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Drive product discovery to identify the right problems to solve and collaborate on solutions with engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Identify opportunities where better data can improve marketing performance.
  • Continuously improve data products through iterative delivery, feedback, performance measurement, and refinement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data product management or a similar product role.
  • Direct exposure to marketing data domains such as attribution, campaign analytics, CRM data, or paid media performance reporting.
  • Strong experience gathering and distilling requirements, validating hypotheses, and translating ambiguous needs into clear product definitions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts.
  • Understanding of key data warehouse concepts and ability to query datasets to uncover insights.
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology including CDPs, ad platforms, CRM systems, and measurement tools is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Professional-level Business English is required.
  • Based in Portugal or Germany.
