Description

  • Own the Swap product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, growth and optimization.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, requirements, success metrics and launch-readiness criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Design, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development.
  • Run customer research, hypothesis validation and experimentation before committing major engineering investment.
  • Build evidence-based investment cases using product analytics, on-chain data, opportunity sizing, benchmarking and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, documentation, prioritization and experimentation while validating outputs for accuracy and bias.
  • Use Dune Analytics and other analytics tools to validate assumptions, define KPIs, measure outcomes and adjust the roadmap.
  • Monitor users, competitors, market dynamics and emerging DeFi protocols to identify product opportunities and risks.
  • Guide product decisions across routing, aggregation, APIs, integrations, liquidity sources, performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Communicate product direction, trade-offs, risks, performance and roadmap progress to technical, non-technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex technical products or platforms.
  • Understanding of Web3, DeFi, blockchain products, DEX aggregation, liquidity, routing or related fintech domains.
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, success metrics and launch plans.
  • Experience leading initiatives across product, engineering, design, marketing and Sales & Business Development without direct authority.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, infrastructure, system architecture, scalability or performance.
  • Strong structured discovery, customer research, experimentation, hypothesis validation, market analysis and competitor analysis skills.
  • Experience building evidence-based cases for major product or engineering investments and presenting to varied audiences.
  • Experience using product, business, technical and on-chain evidence, including Dune Analytics or equivalent platforms, to make decisions.
  • Experience using AI in research, discovery, documentation, prioritization or experimentation and validating its outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong ownership, attention to detail and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, APIs, developer platforms or infrastructure products (nice to have).
  • Experience working with partners, integrations or business development teams (nice to have).
  • Experience creating Dune dashboards or performing advanced on-chain analysis (nice to have).
  • Experience designing repeatable AI-assisted product-management workflows (nice to have).
  • Experience presenting major investment recommendations to executives, or relevant product management, agile delivery, analytics, blockchain, DeFi, AI or technical architecture certifications (nice to have).
