Description

  • Own the integrations roadmap across flagship ERPs and the long-tail portfolio for AP bills, Vendor Pay payments, journal entries, and inbound master data syncs.
  • Drive consolidation of legacy customer-specific integrations onto a modern integration platform.
  • Define data-mapping requirements, defaulting rules, validation rules, and multi-entity routing decisions for new connections.
  • Specify accounting logic for posting dates, period determination, dimension hierarchies, PO matching, bill splitting, reverse sync, 1099 compliance, and ERP reconciliation.
  • Own integration reliability, including monitoring, error handling, retries, and customer-facing failure messaging.
  • Partner with Support and Solutions to resolve escalations and turn recurring issues into roadmap priorities.
  • Make integrations more self-serve by shifting configuration into onboarding and Solutions tooling.
  • Own partner and marketplace go-to-market work, including certifications, publishing, sandbox environments, and partner relationships.
  • Lead release planning, readiness, release notes, internal enablement, and go-to-market materials for major product releases.
  • Use adoption, MRR, escalation, and success-rate data to prioritize roadmap investments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management with ownership of integrations, platform, or API products.
  • Strong accounts payable and accounting domain knowledge, including GL coding, accruals, month-end close, and posting periods.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple ERPs such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
  • Technical understanding of REST, SOAP, authentication, token handling, pagination, rate limits, webhooks, idempotency, retries, and file-based integrations.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers through standups, design discussions, and debugging sessions.
  • Experience taking integrations or platform features to market, including positioning, release communications, enablement, and partner or marketplace launches.
  • Strong analytical rigor and comfort pulling and interpreting data independently.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably fintech, AP/AR, accounting, or ERP-adjacent products.
  • Nice-to-have: background as an ERP implementation consultant, AP manager, controller, or solutions architect.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with ISV partner programs and certifications such as Built for NetSuite, Microsoft AppSource, Sage Intacct Marketplace, or Intuit.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with iPaaS or accounting-aggregation tools such as Agave, Codat, or Rutter.
  • Nice-to-have: purchase order and procurement depth, including two-way and three-way match, receipts, subcontracts, and drop-ship flows.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with multi-entity, multi-location, or hospitality accounting complexity.
  • Nice-to-have: experience retiring legacy systems while migrating live customers to a new platform.
  • Nice-to-have: prior use of AI tooling for specs, analysis, and documentation.
