Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Conduct’s API, MCP, and headless platform surfaces.
  • Define the product API surface, including alert queues, review actions, reason-code taxonomies, and workflow configuration.
  • Build the extensibility model for external, customer, and agentic systems, including documentation and packaging decisions.
  • Partner with the AI/ML team on the boundary between the intelligence layer and the workflow layer.
  • Own non-functional requirements such as scale, performance, reliability, security, telemetry, and multi-tenancy as product requirements.
  • Translate diligence and regulatory expectations from large financial institutions into a defensible platform roadmap.
  • Define requirements for agentic workflows such as review, analyst assist, auto-sampling, and automations.
  • Ensure agent actions are captured, explainable, and auditable to regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Engineering on capacity planning, release readiness, and operational discipline.
  • Work cross-functionally with AI/ML, Data Science, Professional Services, and customer-facing teams to prioritize customer pain points and product direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with enterprise-scale product shipping experience.
  • Proven ownership of API and platform products, including developer-facing surfaces or extensibility layers.
  • Proven ownership of non-functional requirements such as scale, performance, reliability, or security.
  • Experience building products for both human users and programmatic or agentic consumers; familiarity with agent frameworks or MCP-style surfaces is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries.
  • Experience leading through technical authority and influence without formal direct reports.
  • Strong written communication skills for both product specs and executive strategy documents.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science as peers.
  • Preferred: prior experience in financial services, compliance, legal technology, or another domain requiring explainability and auditability.
  • Preferred: experience commercializing AI/ML capabilities, including pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Preferred: experience managing both UI and developer-facing product surfaces.
  • Preferred: experience with agent frameworks, MCP, or bring-your-own-model extensibility.
