Description

  • Design, develop, and execute global enablement programs for Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Management teams.
  • Lead the rollout of AI-driven enablement initiatives with a human-in-the-loop approach.
  • Serve as the primary enablement partner for US GTM leaders and address regional needs within the global framework.
  • Act as the liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and integration teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Build and sustain a culture of continuous learning through coaching, peer knowledge sharing, and executive alignment sessions.
  • Refine value-based messaging to strengthen market resonance and support merchant problem-solving.
  • Improve sales process fluency across the revenue lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and expansion.
  • Drive adoption of core product offerings and help teams translate strategy into practical field execution.
  • Use feedback loops and cross-functional coordination to ensure global programs work for frontline US teams.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building and managing AI enablement initiatives using tools such as Gong, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus across complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical or strategic concepts into clear narratives for executives and frontline contributors.
  • Experience in coaching and mentorship with a focus on emotional intelligence and soft-skill development in a technical sales environment.
  • Ability to use CRM and LMS data to support storytelling and behavior change, not just reporting.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional GTM environments is preferred.
  • US regional stakeholder management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a people-first, relationship-centric enablement model is important.

  • Base salary range of $110K–$120K for candidates performing the job wholly or partly within New York City.
  • Bonus target for all full-time regular employees.
