Description

  • Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management programs across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver internal communication plans that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Partner with senior leadership and departments to assess change impacts and tailor strategies.
  • Coach and support managers and employees on change management best practices.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication efforts.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and communication excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote transparency, collaboration, and smooth transitions during change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational development.
  • Experience leading change in a complex, multi-site, and matrixed organization.
  • Change Management certification such as Prosci or ACMP strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with communication platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High emotional intelligence and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
