Description

  • Own full marketing-funnel strategy, execution, and measurement across awareness → lead acquisition → conversion → retention → advocacy.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, including lead quality and lead delivery performance, operating to defined SLAs with Sales.
  • Drive demand generation and lifecycle performance across channels including paid media, organic/SEO/GEO, email nurture, webinars/events, and partnerships.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation across the customer journey and internal workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Operate and optimize a measurement framework that connects marketing investments to pipeline and revenue, ensuring data integrity and leadership buy-in.
  • Maintain and expand sales enablement assets (collateral, presentation templates, case studies, email sequences) and deliver timely marketing insights.
  • Define and maintain the ideal customer profile, lead qualification standards, and lead handoff SLAs in partnership with Sales and company leadership.
  • Own marketing tech stack strategy (including HubSpot and related tools), attribution approach, and reporting cadence.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a lean internal marketing team spanning demand gen, lifecycle, content, events/partnerships, and foster a ROI-driven, collaborative culture; act as a player-coach and execute key initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years leading teams responsible for a diversified channel/marketing mix.
  • Experience working in sales-led go-to-market motions and with companies that sell human-driven services (vs. product/software).
  • Proven success leading full-funnel marketing that exceeds pipeline targets using paid advertising, content, webinars, in-person events, and influencers.
  • Experience identifying, testing, and operationalizing new channels through experimentation with a bias toward measurable ROI and repeatable performance.
  • Ability to design and implement repeatable frameworks, processes, and KPIs that drive accountability and efficiency.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience representing the company to C-suite leaders, investors, and at industry events/speaking engagements.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and working closely with Sales leadership.
  • Hands-on, player-coach mindset with willingness to execute key initiatives when team lacks capacity or expertise.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (HubSpot and related tools) and experience owning attribution and reporting approaches; experience applying AI in marketing is a plus.
