Description

  • Act as a liaison between Product and teams such as Engineering, Support, and Operations on product updates, issues, and feature releases.
  • Translate technical concepts and product changes into clear, accessible communication for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain internal training and documentation, including step-by-step guides, onboarding materials, and feature release resources.
  • Maintain systems for bug tracking, feature suggestions, and issue resolution in partnership with the support team.
  • Triage and follow through on issues with the Engineering team to support timely resolution.
  • Own and update the internal product feature matrix, including features, permissions, and access by role type.
  • Coordinate and execute QA testing for new releases across mobile and web platforms.
  • Maintain compliance-related dashboards and documentation for task tracking, remediation status, and audits.
  • Collaborate on improving automation for QA tests and feature releases.
  • Support faster product deployments and help manage the feature release and feature request pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Product Operations, Health Tech, or Engineering Support.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a focus on process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort working with minimal structure and building new systems from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Zapier.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Maestro, Detox, BrowserStack, Rainforest QA, or similar tools preferred.
  • Ability to read React code and basic technical know-how to use Claude Code or Codex in daily processes is nice to have.
  • Experience working in a clinical or health tech environment.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
  • Prior experience in QA testing or technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems or healthcare operations workflows.
