Description

  • Obtain and evaluate data that supports customer retention initiatives.
  • Analyze customer and retention information to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the retention leader by creating monthly retention report-outs.
  • Use data to inform retention reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate on product, pricing, and contract change processes as needed.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and rollout updates clearly.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent English skills.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Analytics.
  • Experience in customer retention processes.
  • Experience in insurance companies is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in data analytics.
  • Intermediate proficiency in customer experience and retention reporting.
  • Intermediate communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, coverages, exposures, rating methodology, and underwriting philosophy is preferred.
