Description

  • Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Communicate scheduling updates with clients, staff, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems and databases.
  • Monitor schedule coverage and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work full-time U.S. hours from 9am-5pm EST.
  • Remote work setup based in South Africa and compensation paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
