Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, people operations, human resources, or administrative leadership.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, preferably.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive situations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to improve processes with minimal oversight.
  • Strong follow-through and practical, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a law firm or other fast-paced professional environment is a plus, but not required.
