Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS Account Managers, ISRs, and PSMs.
  • Serve as the primary RevStar point of contact for assigned AWS territories or districts.
  • Proactively engage AWS teams to surface opportunities and align on priorities.
  • Host and coordinate in-market activities such as lunch and learns, meetups, and workshops.
  • Source, qualify, and manage AWS-referred opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Own opportunity progression from introduction through close.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and AWS ACE.
  • Run customer-facing sales conversations and coordinate deal execution with Solutions Architects.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects on scoping, proposals, technical validation, and customer decision meetings.
  • Develop account plans for strategic AWS accounts and identify upsell and follow-on opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or Account Executive role.
  • Experience selling services or solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Experience with AWS services, especially AI/ML, Data, and Serverless solutions, preferred.
  • Understanding of AWS funding programs such as POC credits, MAP, and startup funding, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI solution design, including Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and LLMOps, preferred.
  • Prior sales or pre-sales experience with enterprise clients, preferred.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture best practices, preferred.
