Description

  • Lead the customer implementation process as the primary point of contact and manage onboarding communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive project execution by coordinating deliverables, milestones, resources, and risk escalation.
  • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings and prepare supporting materials.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain, update, and distribute SOPs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Revinate’s product suite and advise customers on maximizing value.
  • Build technical expertise across integrations, software, systems, and product infrastructure.
  • Validate correct implementation, integration, and functionality of technical components.
  • Execute technical setup and configuration of systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical product issues during implementation, including back-end configuration.
  • Partner with third-party PMS vendors and internal product teams to support integrations and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or at least 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management role.
  • Experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, hotel operations, or hospitality marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to manage 50-60+ simultaneous implementations and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product details to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Experience collaborating with back-end engineering or integration teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite), Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Rocketlane.
  • Practical experience with technical SaaS configuration and integrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems and PMS platforms such as Opera, roomMaster, or Maestro is preferred.
  • Ability to work with team members across North American and European time zones.
  • Willingness to work a shift starting between 7AM and 9AM PST and ending between 4PM and 6PM PST.
