Description

  • Support and manage sales automation workflows and outreach processes.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Assist with lead generation, outreach coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor automation campaigns and ensure accurate workflow execution.
  • Coordinate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Track sales activities, reporting metrics, and operational updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automation efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records.
  • Support administrative and operational sales tasks as required.
  • Assist with additional sales operations and automation projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, automation, lead generation, or CRM management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and automation platforms required.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and workflow platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
