Description

  • Act as the final quality gate before release by verifying fixes, running regressions, and approving builds for merge.
  • Maintain the manual test suite and create and update automated tests in the TypeScript/Playwright framework for Unity and web applications.
  • Test geospatial and 3D features, including camera movement, drawn geometry, and multi-angle building views.
  • Provide engineers with clear, actionable feedback on defects and product behavior.
  • Evaluate the product end to end and understand how features and tooling interact across the system.
  • Use AI tools to author test cases, generate automation, and accelerate bug investigation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience testing and shipping complex software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong manual testing experience plus hands-on automated testing experience.
  • Fluency with AI tools as a daily part of the workflow.
  • Comfort with reading and reasoning about object-oriented code such as C# and TypeScript.
  • Comfortable using the terminal and filesystem, including running commands and shelling into devices.
  • Experience testing across multiple platforms and devices.
  • Experience with test management software, preferably Qase.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while planning, prioritizing, and communicating proactively.
  • Experience with Playwright or a similar TypeScript automation framework (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Android tooling such as Android Studio and adb (preferred).
  • Experience with C# or Java (preferred).
  • Experience with Unity or another 3D rendering engine (preferred).
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
